"This is to thank you for the services of Carol Butler, who was our realtor upon our move to St. Louis from Baltimore, Maryland, in the spring of 2001. Carol was wonderful: she was efficient and cheerful, and extremely careful to follow our requirements to the letter.
Carol narrowed down our search so efficiently (as we were conducting it long-distance) that I found a house on my first flying visit to St Louis that we fell in love with, and were able to essentially purchase that evening. Carol negotiated the price of the house down to an extremely reasonable number,and, as we were first time buyers, walked us patienlty through all the steps of buying, literally holding our hands whenever we needed information and reassurance.
